Our specialized knowledge of commercial and investment lending, asset based lending and lending under the US Small Business Administration (SBA) loan programs  provide our clients access to new areas of growth for their institutions.

CR Advisors’ mission is “to allow financial institutions with limited resources to safely access the commercial lending arena." With the consumer lending markets still struggling from the sub-prime crisis, being able to provide commercial loans, especially through the SBA loan programs will be essential for smaller institutions to more efficiently employ there assets. We're an approved SBA Lender Service Provider (LSP) and are uniquely qualified to deal with complex compliance issues. 

Jim Roche is the principal and founder of CR Advisors. Jim has over 20 years experience in  commercial real estate lending, credit analysis and commercial loan portfolio management. He has started and managed commercial ledning programs for several institutions throughout New England.
